The purpose of this site is to dig into some of the internal implementation details of Rails, in the hope of showcasing some interesting code and helping people to join the team of coders who maintain Rails.
Note that these guides are based on edge Rails (as well as I can keep up). Details may differ in earlier and released versions of Rails.
